GREENFIELD INITIATIVES
Verification of compliance of the site characteristics to local and national standards and laws, preliminary feasibility study, takeover negotiation of the areas or signing of the surface rights, business plan and financial advisory for the funding of the project.
PERMITTING
Examination of the regulation requirements, coordination of both guidelines and professionals involved, with assistance and participation to service conferences and public hearings, cross-examinations with all institutions and with public and private institutions.
REVAMPING/REPOWERING
Analysis of plant criticalities, identification of most suitable technical solutions for extraordinary maintenance activity, realization of business plan, with analysis of the investment return, administrative procedures linked to the updating of existing plants.
