The new hydroelectric plant “Cagli-Candiracci” is now operational on the Burano river in the municipality of Cagli (PU). With a capacity of 100 kW and a drop of almost 3 meters, it complements the existing project of the “Parco Lambro” in Milan, implementing the solution of the hydraulic screw. It is expected to generate an annual production of 450,000 kWh, reducing emissions by over 200 tons of CO2 per year and providing enough energy for 150 households. This new plant is part of Stream’s long-term development plan for creating productive assets from renewable sources. The project is carried out through the special purpose company Seri Lambro, with the support of consortium companies.
